Your AI agent,
now personal.
Ariadne gives your agent a live, growing memory of your project — so it learns you, your decisions and the way you work, and becomes a real colleague: an assistant, a collaborator, a partner who knows you.
Public beta · Free for personal use · Local & private · Lives on your machine
A memory that lives with your work.
Your agent is brilliant in the moment. Ariadne gives it something more — a living, dynamic memory of your project that grows as you go, holding your decisions, your ideas, and the paths you tried. Session after session, the assistant becomes a colleague who genuinely knows you and your work.
It stops being a tool. It becomes a colleague.
Ariadne lets your agent build a real, growing understanding of you and your project — the way a teammate or a good secretary would. The longer you work together, the more it gets you.
🤝 Knows you
Your style, your preferences, the way you like things done — captured and carried forward, session after session.
🧭 Knows the project
Why each decision was made, what was tried, what failed — the living history that normally evaporates between chats.
⏳ Grows with you
Every design, idea and course-correction makes the memory richer. It doesn't reset — it matures.
What your agent actually remembers
🧠 The reasoning
Decisions, debates and resolutions — the why, so calls get revisited intelligently instead of relitigated.
🚫 The dead-ends
Approaches that failed, with the reason — so it stops proposing what already didn't work.
🛠️ The whole job
Coding, DevOps, configuration — the context that spans your whole workflow, not just the open file.
✍️ Even your stories
Writing a book or screenplay? It tracks every character, twist, loose end and rejected idea — and can see what you decided, when, and how.
A memory that's alive
🌙 It dreams
A consolidation pass decays noise, merges duplicates and promotes what's actually used — like sleep. Memory that matters gets stronger; clutter fades.
🕰️ It remembers when
Ask "what did we do three days ago?" and get the story of that day — decisions, dead-ends and all.
🔒 It can't be faked
Memory is tamper-proof: only the agent writes, through guarded tools. No one can quietly plant a false memory.
Your AI isn't just for code.
Today's agents wear a "developer" label — but that sells them short. The same assistant that refactors a service can run a gnarly DevOps migration, co-write a screenplay, plan a launch, or organize a research project just as readily. Those uses are wildly underrated. Ariadne gives your agent a personal memory in every one of those worlds — so whatever you bring, it remembers, and gets better the longer you work together.
One thread through any labyrinth
Coding, operations, creative work — the same living memory, which you watch form in real-time 3D as you go. Three journeys:
The project that remembers itself
Day one, your agent notes the calls — Postgres over Mongo, the auth quirk that bit you twice. You try an in-memory cache; it won't scale, and that dead-end is recorded. Two weeks later it's about to suggest that very cache — and doesn't, because it remembers why. Ask "what did we do three days ago?" and you get the day back. The memory grows, dreams away the noise, and your agent navigates the codebase like it helped write it.

The tribal knowledge, written down for good
A locked-down network: egress through one proxy, a firewall that drops anything unusual, a VPN that resets nightly. Together you find the exact path — the proxy variables, the one open port, the cert workaround — and the approaches the security policy silently killed. Ariadne keeps every constraint and dead-end, so next incident your agent recalls the working route instead of re-tripping the firewall. The knowledge that lived in one engineer's head now lives in the memory.

Never lose the plot you wove
You're writing a play with your agent. Act by act the cast grows — a character slipped in at scene two, a motive planted in act one that pays off in act three, a subplot you cut but might revive. Ariadne remembers every character, thread and twist, and the ones you abandoned. Come back months later and your agent still holds the whole tapestry. Even celebrated novelists stall when a saga outgrows one mind — this is the thread back through it.

Built on solid ground
No black box and no cloud dependency — Ariadne runs on proven, local, open technology.
Offline embeddings
Static Model2Vec embeddings — semantic memory with no GPU, no PyTorch, no API calls.
FAISS vector search
Facebook AI's similarity search for fast recall across large memories.
A real graph engine
13 node types and typed edges model reasoning — not a flat embedding list.
Model Context Protocol
The open standard that lets Ariadne plug into any compatible agent.
3D visualizer
Electron + Three.js render the memory live in WebGL.
A living memory file
Your memory is a portable file on your disk — it changes and grows as you work, and it's yours to keep, back up and move between projects. Not a database in someone's cloud.
Full third-party attributions ship with every download.

From a tool you re-teach to a partner who already knows
No more starting over
Stop re-explaining your project every session. Your agent picks up exactly where you left off.
No repeated mistakes
Dead-ends stay dead. The same wrong turn doesn't get suggested to you twice.
The "why," preserved
Decisions keep their reasoning — months later you still know why, and so does your agent.
It compounds
Every session makes it sharper. The longer you work together, the more it feels like a colleague.
Pricing
Ariadne is free to use for personal, hobby, research and nonprofit projects during the public beta. For commercial or team use, get in touch and we'll find a license that fits.
FAQ
What is Ariadne?
A live, dynamic memory that makes your AI personal. It learns how you think and work — remembering decisions, dead-ends and reasoning across sessions — so your agent becomes a colleague who knows you. And you can watch it in 3D.
Does it only help with code?
No — coding, DevOps and config, and also creative writing (characters, plot, loose ends, rejected ideas).
Is my work private?
Yes — Ariadne runs locally with offline embeddings. No cloud calls, no API cost.
Which platforms?
Windows today. macOS and Linux are on the roadmap.
